After having a bad experience with a few other trust attorneys I decided to call Mike. I can't tell you the night and day difference there was just in the initial phone call. He took the time to assure me that my situation was not as difficult as others had told me it was going to be. After an initial Zoom call my wife and I decided to move forward and Mike and his staff worked with us over the next two weeks to put together our complete trust. We then met and signed for our trust with a notary where Mike was able to go over everything in detail. He let us know we should be getting our complete trust electronically as well as in a beautiful binder that will be getting mailed to us. I can't tell you just how great Mike was to work with and how easy it was for us to move forward with him. Save yourself the headache unlike myself and just start with Mike and the Yee Law Group.

My wife and I chose Yee Law Group to help us make a trust and will. The idea of completing one sounded like a huge undertaking but speaking to Mike Yee and working with his office has made the process such a breeze that we wish we had done this sooner! We scheduled a zoom meeting with Mike where he graciously answered all our questions and explained everything about the process. His office also emailed us an easy to fill out questionnaire that they used to fill out the trust and will as well as guides for what each part was. We have already recommended Yee Law Group to family and friends. We had put off creating a trust, but now that we are through the process, we find that it was not at all painful. Yee Law Group is professional, and organized, and produced a quality end product. Be prepared to put some time and thought into the questionnaire they have you fill out prior to your first meeting. Also be prepared to be nudged along the way. They make sure you keep to the timeline in order to get things completed. Given that most people put these things off, it is probably necessary. The final trust was error-free and thorough. They seem to have this process down to a science.

It was immediately obvious to me why people liked working with Mike and his practice. They made it easy to put together a trust and estate plan without being pushy or too jargon-y. Mike was very warm and enthusiastically answered my questions, and the free consultation alone was very informative. He's very responsive over Yelp as well as email and phone. When it came to drafting the actual document, his team was also very responsive and helpful.It took 5 weeks between going over preliminary documents and signing the final paperwork. During this COVID era, we had the choice to go the office to sign the final paperwork or have a notary come to our home (with an additional witness, or you can provide your own) to sign all the final documents. Presumably more will move back to the office in the coming weeks, but this was certainly a handy option given the current circumstances.I enthusiastically recommend this group!

We procrastinated on creating a living trust for many years because we thought the process would be difficult and costly. We're very glad we chose Mike for this job because he and his associates made it very easy by explaining the process and answering all of our questions very clearly. Two short meetings and some homework and it's all done in less than 5 weeks. The cost was extremely reasonable and they also prepared several other documents including medical directives, durable powers of attorney, end of life directives, etc., and filled out the forms needed to transfer the house into the trust. Have worked with Yee Law Group on two occasions in the last couple of years, first time to create our living trust and second time to do an amendment. Both times I found the attorney, Mike, and his staff to be helpful, responsive, and easy to work with.
